CONVERSION TO A PRIVATE COMPANY LIMITED BY SHARE

CHANGE IN COMPANY NAME

We are pleased to inform you that with effect from 26 March 2005, WhooshPro has been converted from a partnership to a private company limited by share. We are now known as WHOOSHPRO PTE. LTD. This change is accordance with our plans to expand the business.
